Small wooden chalet (40 m2) classified as a 1-star furnished tourist accommodation, sleeps 6, on a small plot bordered by shrubs, quiet. 2 parking spaces next to the chalet. Perfect for a weekend, a trip to the mountains, a ski vacation, a spa. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday during the Christmas, winter and summer school holidays. 25% discount for 3-week treatments outside of the school holidays mentioned above. The space The 40 m² cottage (non-smoking) is located in a condominium of 9 cottages on a pleasant little plot of land. On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 140 X190 bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190). Living room with kitchen area, dining area and lounge. On the mezzanine, 2 single beds (90X190) close together. Pillows (60X60) and duvets. Outdoor barbecue available. Please respect the condo rules. No noise after 11pm. Parties are not allowed. Pets allowed (dogs category 3 and kept on a leash in the condominium) at the rate of €7/day. Guest access Entire place for you. You will share the outdoor barbecue with 2 other chalets. Other things to note Linens are not provided. Possibility of renting at the Coloquinte store on the Allées d'Etigny in Luchon. An EDF consumption fee of €50/week is included in the rate. In the event of broken dishes, please report it so that it can be replaced with identical dishes.
