Apartment facing the sea - Fort

The apartment faces the sea and has impeccable finishing. It has two televisions with satellite dish, microwave, refrigerator, stove and washing machine. The bedrooms and living room have fans. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guest. There are 2 double mattresses, 3 single mattresses and two sofa beds. The apartment also has two balconies: one facing the sea and another on the side. There are bakeries and supermarkets in the neighborhood. There's Wi-Fi in the apartment. Excellent for home office. The space If the guest is unable to check in at the indicated times, they can pick up the key to the apartment in São Paulo. If there is no guest the day before check-in, the host may adjust the time to an earlier one. Prior communication is required so that there are no inconveniences. Guest access The apartment has 1 parking space. Guests cannot access the building's swimming pool, sauna, and game room, nor can they reserve the barbecue grill. Access will be exclusively to the apartment's premises, the building's entrance hall, elevators and garage.
