Located on 1.5 acres along a private road with only one neighbor it offers unrivaled seclusion and breathtaking views with 75ft of private waterfront you can step directly into the sea for a swim, a paddle or a surf. Despite the serene setting you are just a five minute walk from the lively beachside community of Cane Garden Bay with its restaurants, bars and stunning beaches. The Villa: Cannon Point Estate is thoughtfully designed by leading architects OBMI with a contemporary aesthetic the villa blends clean, modern lines with the warmth of Caribbean light. Polished concrete floors and an all white interior create an airy elegant space complimented by expansive sliding doors which bring the outdoors in. The double height glazed atrium floods the home with natural light while cooling trade winds flow through enhancing the indoor outdoor feel. At the heart of the villa is an open plan living dining and kitchen area designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Three additional bedrooms: two king sized and one queen sized. All spacious and air conditioned and featuring floor to ceiling ocean facing windows with mosquito screens. All bathrooms - thoughtfully designed with high end finishes including walk in showers and elegant modern vanities. The kitchen and dining experience: As passionate entertainers and home chefs we designed the kitchen to be both beautiful and functional. It boasts a chef’s range and butler’s pantry, twin dishwashers, wine refrigerator, over sized side by side refrigerator and ample workspace. Dining options include an indoor dining space with ocean views as well as an outdoor dining space on the terrace where meals are accompanied by spectacular sunsets over the neighboring island of Jost Van Dyke.
