Upstairs, a cozy loft play area features a canvas teepee, reading rug, mini table and chairs, toys, books, and an Aurora Star Projector. It’s your personal assistant for a more seamless, hands-free stay. ✶ Keyless Entry and Wi-Fi - Effortless Access and Connectivity ✶ Despite its remote location, this A-frame stays well connected with Starlink WiFi, powered by a rooftop dish. The signal is typically strong, though occasional weather-related interruptions may occur. During these times, we encourage you to enjoy the outdoors, or that Atari and record playing in the living room. ✶ Taking Out the Trash: Clean Cabin, Happy Forest ✶ The outdoor trash bin for Aspen is located in the metal enclosure at the end of the driveway, just for your cabin.⚠️ Please keep the bin lid closed and the enclosure latched securely to help keep wildlife—especially bears—out. ✶ We welcome pets that qualify! For pet owners, we offer a pet-friendly listing for qualifying pets. Before booking, please message us to confirm whether your pet qualifies. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the interior of the home, adjacent driveway, front porch, rear deck, and backyard areas, as well as all listed items and amenities. There is enclosed area under the front porch, and within the home's basement/crawlspace area that is for storage only and is not accessible to our guests or available for use. There is also a locked storage bench in one of the bedrooms that is not accessible. Other things to note **Sauna** The sauna is child locked for safety. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the sauna. **Winter Stays** During the winter months, 4-wheel drive MAY be required to reach the cabin. The area roads are routinely plowed, and snow will be cleared about once per snowfall from key areas at the cabin, though we are not able to know exactly what time this will be. Please use caution and make wise travel decisions. We are not nearby to assist you if you are stuck in the snow. No alterations will be made to the cancelation policy due to the weather. **Furry Friends, Welcome!** We're thrilled to host pets that qualify, understanding they're part of the family. Please message us before making your reservation to discuss our pet policy and ensure a paw-sitively delightful stay. An additional flat pet fee will be added to your reservation to cover the cleaner's extra time. For reservations longer than five days, an additional per-night-fee will be collected through Airbnb after your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! **Fees for Additional Services** We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. **Smoking** Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside of the home, either on the front porch or back deck, with no nearby windows open that would allow smoke to enter the home. Use ash trays and do not leave butts or smoking waste in the yard. Please note that Colorado is subject to wildfires, and it is very important to use the ashtray provided. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home or else loss of security deposit will occur.
