The space Our Bend studio is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, ensuring you have a cozy and convenient stay. Our private, ground floor studio is equipped with a queen bed and attached kitchenette that has a fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, and basic cooking supplies. This condo is located a few steps away from First Street Rapids park, half a mile from downtown, and .9 miles to Drake Park. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire condo. Guests also enjoy easy access to the river trail. Take a walk along the trail right into town. Walking on the trail will take you through Pioneer Park into downtown and eventually to Drake Park. Downtown Bend is just a two block walk away, where you'll find coffee shops, shops, restaurants, and bars. Guests also have access to the community laundry room and community pool + hot tub. Other things to note Please note that this studio is part of a shared complex, and you might hear everyday sounds from neighboring units and common areas. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to so much that Bend has to offer! Feel free to bring a car and take advantage of our free parking lot, or skip the car and arrive by rideshare. Our unit is just a short walk to many of Bend’s best local spots.
