Other things to note Pet policy: We are dog-friendly and happy to allow your furry friends during your stay! Let us know how many dogs you plan to bring. But please, no cats. The pet fee is $30 per dog per night. Pets must be listed on reservation when booking. Undisclosed pet fee is $150/pet/night. 6 SHARC passes come with your stay, along with 4 medium-sized bikes. You will need to bring your own helmet or rent some from a nearby shop. We have a floor pump handy and keep these bikes well-maintained! Please note this home comfortably sleeps 4. The loft offers a twin bed with a trundle bed pull out (to sleep 6 total). The stairs to the loft are quite steep and not recommended for small children and the elderly. The ceilings are lower in the loft, so plan in your group who will sleep in this space accordingly. Please be careful to not to hit your head while walking up the stairs. A gate is provided to block access if toddlers or babies are staying. AC is scheduled to be installed March 19th, 2026. Until then, to keep the home cool on warmer days, it is recommended to close all the windows and shades on the sunny side of the home. In the evening, opening the windows significantly cools down the home. Box fans are provided in each room to blow in the cool mountain air.
