The Artist Cabin at Lac La Belle

The Artist Cabin is a small one room cabin located on the AVAGUE gallery property in Lac La Belle, Michigan. AVAGUE is a visionary art gallery open to the public. The Artist Cabin is a place for mature art-minded individuals and couples that are looking for a lakefront lodging experience. Rotating art exhibits will be featured on the walls of the cabin throughout the year. This studio cabin requires a walk across the street to use your private bathroom. Please do not book if this is an issue. The space The Artist Cabin is a private studio cabin which has a full size bed, kitchen table and kitchenette. Please note, the private bathroom is located across the street. The Artist Cabin does not have running water. The full size bed includes sheets, pillows and a down comforter. The appliances include a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot and coffee maker. All pots, pans, utensils and dishes are provided. As stated above, a private guest bathroom is located across the street. Towels are provided. There is also a utility sink for guests to use for dishes. The main property is shared with the owners. This is a space for creative people to escape and enjoy Mount Bohemia and the surrounding area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Excessive drinking and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Absolutely no fireworks, firearms or pets are allowed. Guest access Guests have full access to the Artist Cabin and the guest bathroom 24 hours a day. Your stay includes admission to the AVAGUE Gallery when it is open. One parking space is available during your stay. Other things to note This is a unique experience geared towards people that appreciate art in their lives. It can be a creative space to write your next novel or to paint your masterpiece. It can also be a quiet getaway while riding at Mount Bohemia. At times, AVAGUE Gallery may host special events such as live music, art openings or dinners. This means other people may be on the shared property during your stay. Please note that we follow the AirBnb strict cancellation policy. As a small family business we do not allow cancelations due to sickness, weather, ski conditions or family emergencies.
