Private room with its own entrance, queen bed with soft cotton sheets, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Enjoy a cozy seating area, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, and microwave. There’s also a small deck with seating for you to enjoy outdoors. Comfortable, quiet, and ideal for solo travelers or couples. No cooking facilities. This is a family home with children. ***Please expect some noise during daytime hours, 7:00 AM - 8:00PM*** The space You’ll have your own private ensuite room with a separate entrance, small deck. Your room is in our home and located at the back of the property, providing ample privacy. Because of municipal bylaws we do not offer cooking facilities. Please do not bring small appliances like hotplates or air fryers into the space. No pets or smoking please :) Guest access You’ll receive a key-code for the door prior to arrival. Other things to note There are other tenants living on the property, and this is a family home.
