You're 20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Royals Kauffman & Arrowhead Stadium. It actually looks like the layout of the home that is on the cover of the AIRBNB website.... The space Huge luxury bedroom in the upstairs Loft space with your own full bath, walk in closet, private balcony and king size bed. Downstairs is your private living room to kick back, kitchen to prepare some meals and an outside area for games and chilling at the firepit. The Roost has the tools needed to spend your time the way you want. lt is also right down the street from a ton of daytime and night life activities for people who like to go out. This truly is a one of a kind place for people to stay at. Guest access You have the whole house to yourself. (except garage which is Host storage). But you will park in the driveway free just feet from your private entry. Other things to note We do not live in this Guesthouse. But we do live on the property, so let us know if there is anything else we can help with. COOKING NOTE: We provide a fully equipped kitchen for light cooking. Use hood fan while cooking. No cooking of foods or use of spices with strong, lingering smells including but not limited to shellfish, curry, and use of fish sauce. No deep-frying of any kind. These odors linger in linens and soft furnishings and impact future guests. For high-odor items please use nearby restaurants. A deep cleaning Fee may apply if strong odors require a professional treatment.
