This home has been completely updated from top to bottom and you’ll have access to a 12 acre lake, perfect for soaking up some fun in the sun. Fish, swim, kayak, play - you deserve it :) The space * UPPER LEVEL: (((SLEEPS UP TO 4)))) —— 2 full size beds & a full bathroom are located upstairs * LOWER LEVEL: ((((SLEEPS UP TO 4)))) —— 2 queen size beds & a full bathroom are located downstairs. * MAIN LEVEL: The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and a 1/2 bathroom This house has been fitted with everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. The home has Wifi & a Roku TV so you are able to sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc. The deck out back is up high amongst the trees, this is what serenity feels like - No neighbors in site! There is a fenced play area in the side yard for doggies. The area the home is located is very walkable, but you must keep dogs leashed if taking them on walk! We provide full access to our lake patio, which is a half mile down road from the home. (about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive) The patio is complete with a fire pit & wood so you can curl up by a cozy fire, bbq on the grill or just hang out in the water! We provide 4 kayaks with paddles, life jackets, noodles, and various swim floats. Feel free to bring any additional water floats or toys if you wish. You are also free to fish from shore or out on the kayaks! --You must bring your own poles and bait as we do not provide these. There are security cameras outside around the perimeter of the home. We do NOT allow any parties - This is a very small & private lake community so you must be respectful of noise levels at the lake property. Guest access You will have access to the entire house & yard, as well as lake access. Other things to note All guests of the property agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver listed below. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
