It's located on the 31mm in a wide-no wake cove, right off the main channel. Close to Papa Chubby's, Larry's on the Lake, Fish and Co. & much more! Enjoy the provided kayaks, lily pad, or water floats. Outside the home you'll find a fire pit to enjoy making the perfect s’more, 2 tiered deck to enjoy the lake views & private dock with boat slip. The top floor of the home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bathtub/shower/jacuzzi) and 1 living area-stairs will lead you to the bottom floor which opens up to the kitchen, 2nd bathroom (walk-in shower only), laundry nook, dining area and 2nd living room. * Please be aware that, similar to many lakefront properties, the stairs in this home feature a slightly low headspace due to the steep terrain and a few steep steps. *A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Use propane with caution as indicated on tank. Grill cleaning is the responsibility of guests. *Kayaks, swim floats, life jackets and large Lily Pad are provided for LOZ fun but use at own risk. *Life jackets must be worn during Kayak use. Must be 16 to use kayak, unless supervised by adult. *Must bring own wood for Fire Pit. Fire extinguisher provided on property in case of emergency. *Trash – Like many neighborhoods at Lake of the Ozarks, our community uses a shared dumpster for trash disposal. It’s located just a short walk or quick drive around the corner from the property. Please be sure to dispose of all trash in the dumpster throughout your stay and prior to your departure.
