Welcome to our freshly renovated, light-filled second floor private one bedroom in-law apartment, located in the quiet College Hill neighborhood - a short walk from downtown, the Hunger Mountain Co-op, and Barre Street attractions - and within a 45 minute drive of Stowe, Sugarbush, and other ski resorts. Built as an addition in the back of our 1878 New England-style home, you'll find it a cozy, modern spot with views of surrounding hills, despite being close to restaurants and shopping. The space Our space features a full compact kitchen, with dishwasher and separate filtered water tap, a separate coffee station and dining room, a living room with a 55" 4K TV, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a gut-renovated bathroom with spacious modern shower. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi during your stay, provided by our 1 gig fiber internet connection. Ski, bicycle and snowshoe rentals are available a short walk away at Onion River Outdoors. In addition to the nearby ski resorts there are numerous local trails for mountain biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Laundry is available nearby at Launderama. Off-street parking is provided. There is no smoking on the property. No pets. Please leave your shoes in the entryway. Guest access Guests will first use a passcode to enter through a private ground-level door and then take a set of stairs up to the apartment. Keycards are provided for the rest of the stay to make access easier. Other things to note Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing a set of narrow stairs to the second floor, and is not appropriate for those with mobility issues. Please see photos. This is an in-law apartment that is part of the host's family house. We ask that quiet hours are observed after 9:30 PM (no loud sounds, TV at moderate volume, etc). Bathroom does not have a tub (see photos). No pets or smoking on the property, thanks.
