The property features good WiFi, a small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus Roku TV, a queen bed and the perfect deck for your morning coffees. The views and the deck feel totally private, however you are beside a small kayak rental business, so during the day kayakers will be heading out and paddling past. Its a family neighbourhood, so you will likely hear children at play, the neighbours roosters crowing, ducks quacking, and the occasional cat wandering by. Or the occasional cat staring in the window. We promise they are well fed, don't believe what they tell you. Other things to note It is right beside a kayak company, so expect people to be around the area during the day, especially mid July-mid August. There are cats on the property, not inside the tiny of course.
