Other things to note ⚠️ Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that while we do our best to provide a safe environment, use of the waterfront area and outdoor fire pit is at your own risk . By staying here, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and actions during your stay . ➤ ID Verification: A photo of your government-issued ID is required to confirm that we are hosting the same person we’re communicating with. ➤ Minimum Age to Book: Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation . ➤ Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables after the initial supply . ➤ Laundry: There is a laundromat next to Bayside Grocery(10-minute drive from the cottage). Bring your clothes, set the wash, and go get your groceries while you wait. ➤ No Smoking/Vaping or Drug Use Indoors: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the cottage. A $500 fine applies if violated. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. ➤ Pets: Pets under 50 lbs are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet (maximum of 2). ➤ No Parties or Unregistered Guests: We do not allow parties, unregistered guests, or overnight visitors. A $500 fine applies if violated . ➤ Security Camera: For your safety and security, three cameras are installed overlooking the driveway/parking (facing the front) entrance and driveway. ➤ Early Check-in / Late Check-out: May be available depending on availability. Please confirm at least 4 hours before check-out.
