The space Bright and airy, the space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Kitchenette: Equipped with a sink with hot and cold water, retro-style mini fridge with freezer, microwave, plug-in electric griddle, Keurig coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Sit-in dining area for 2 and full set of dishes, cups, bowls, utensils, and cooking tools. Bathroom: bathtub with shower (smaller than standard size), toilet, and vanity. Bedroom / Multi-purpose Space: Queen bed, loveseat, closet, and a desk. A wall-mounted TV on an adjustable arm allows you to watch from any angle of the house. Large windows throughout provide natural light and lets the outdoors in. Yard: Enjoy a 1-acre yard that features a patio with seating for two for private use by guests. The yard’s unique bamboo groves create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in nature. On clear nights you can enjoy plenty of stars overhead - the big dipper awaits! Temperature Control: Baseboard heat, large windows, tabletop fan, and a seasonal window A/C unit helps maintain a comfortable temperature for your stay. All other outdoor areas, including the bamboo groves and patio, are yours to enjoy and wander through! Other things to note This stand-alone guesthouse sits right next to our main home. We live on the property and respect your space, but you may see us in the yard or using our shed.
