Welcome to Top Side! Nestled in Holmes, NY, Top Side offers lovely views of Whaley Lake. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure, you'll find plenty of reasons to fall in love with this spacious apartment which is designed to help you unwind and recharge. The Hudson Valley is brimming with activities and attractions for everyone. From historic landmarks and charming villages to outdoor adventures and local dining, you're never far from something special to experience. The space Top Side is its own separate apartment. It is a one bedroom and one full bath, with an eat in kitchen, dining area, dedicated office space, reading area and living room with a pull out couch. The house has WiFi and cable so you can stream all your favorite shows. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. Additionally, there is outdoor space which includes a fire pit, hammock, swing and Adirondack chairs for all to enjoy. On the back patio, there is a gas grill. While its part of the owners space you are more than welcome to use it. There is also a small trail that runs along the back of the property which is a nice little walk. Other things to note I have a dog, Hudson 1yr, he is a Golden Retriever and is on the electric fence. He is very friendly and would love to say Hi to you and your dogs.
