We are conveniently located off I-95, in between Baltimore and Philadelphia. Washington, DC is a 1.5 hours to the south. Historic Havre de Grace is across the bay, accessible via boat or car in 20 minutes. The home is 20 miles from the University of Delaware. It provides easy access to major highways, including I-95, which connects the town to both Baltimore and Philadelphia, making it convenient for commuters or those who enjoy weekend getaways to larger cities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding property, including the outdoor shower, hot tub, and grill. A wagon is provided to transport beach equipment and/or littles. Parking for 3 cars is available.
