Carmen's Place

Located in the basement. This unique and tranquil private mini apartment has been newly renovated, featuring one bedroom with farm doors, a modern style bathroom with marble tiles, a kitchenette, equipped with small appliances, and a mini fridge. A queen bed and a sofa bed are available. Access the pool available during the summer. Optionally previous request, you can enjoy and experience home made Peruvian cuisine. Please check the Guide book for places to visit and restaurants. The space My house is located in a quiet neighborhood “Satterfield”. You could park in the driveway at the backyard and enter into the house by the back door. Or you could park on the street by the front door. Either way, we will be there to welcome you. Carmen’s Place, the apartment is down the basement. There is a 12 steps stairs. You will have complete privacy because you enter the apartment through a locked door. You are welcome to swim in the pool located in the backyard during summer. We are just 2 miles from the Killens Pond State Park, where you can do hiking, kayaking, picnic or just enjoy relaxing walks in the woods. During your stay We are very social and like to share our culture or have a nice conversation, but also we are very respectful of our guests privacy. However during your stay you can can reach out to us in person or through AirBnB text messages if you have any questions. Other things to note The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a very comfortable sofa bed
