Right off of interstate 77. 15 minutes to Mooresville. 30 to 40 minutes to Charlotte, Hickory, or Winston Salem areas. 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park. Pets are negotiable. Other things to note 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park. Plenty of hiking an biking trails around the lake. Many other local parks and trails to explore.
