Our Lake House has a nice living room with comfortable seating, equipped with a large screen TV and Fiber internet 2 Bedrooms- 1 King bed, and 1 Queen bed both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms A fully furnished Kitchen with, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes etc. Laundry room with washer/dryer dirty clothes hamper, folding station. Carport 24x24 w/roof. Patio and deck overlooking lake The space Our lake house is located a little over 1/4 of a mile down a long gravel driveway overlooking a watershed lake. It is only about 3 miles from Sherman Ms. off Interstate 22. The Lake House is in close proximity to Tupelo, Pontotoc and New Albany only 10 to 15 miles. And Oxford Ms. is approx. 45 minutes. Located in Sherman, is a Fish and Steak house(Cravin' Catfish) open Thursday-Saturday evenings. BigR's is downtown and two truck stops with food and seating, Red line grocery store, Dollar General, Cadence Bank, all within 3 to 4 miles.
