The hot tub is heated for scheduled use rather than continuously throughout the day or overnight, so advance notice is required. Last-minute or late-night requests may not be accommodated. A full-size air mattress with linens is provided, and the large sectional can comfortably sleep up to two guests. • Pool maintenance is performed every Wednesday around noon. Our pool technician will access the outdoor pool area briefly for routine cleaning and maintenance. • The pool and hot tub are propane-heated. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Hot tub heating is managed by the host—just let us know ahead of time when you’d like to enjoy it, and we’ll schedule the heat so it’s ready for you. • Trash collection is Wednesday morning, so guests staying Tuesday night may notice the bins being moved to the street for pickup ahead of their check-in
