Welcome to the cutest little cabin in Cloudcroft. This cabin backs the National Forest making it the ultimate getaway for outdoor adventures! Come enjoy this 2 bed, 1 bath peaceful cabin in the woods. Just 7 miles from Cloudcroft. Enjoy stepping off the back porch & hiking in the National Forest or take a short drive to Ski Cloudcroft. After a day of adventure come back & sit on the deck & watch the wildlife while enjoying the breathtaking views. Finish off your evening star gazing by the fire. The space 🌲 Waggin Cabin🌲 We have Central A/C & Heat *THE SPACE* - 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath - 1200sq ft - 3 story cabin *SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS* -Bedroom 1 Upstairs - 1 king bed, 1 full bed, & 1 pull out twin trundle bed -Bedroom 2 Downstairs - 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds - The property sleeps 10 although the space is more cozy (2 bedrooms only 1200sq ft) Our maximum occupancy is flexible if you don't mind being more snug. We do have extra beds please reach out for more info. *OUTDOOR SPACE* - National Forest Access 🌲 - 2 Large outdoor deck/patios - Furnished deck - Fire pit 🔥 - Charcoal Grill - Propane Grill - Mountain Views ⛰️ - Abundance of Wildlife🦌🐻 🦃 *INDOOR SPACE* - Central A/C - Central Heat - Gas Heat (please turn off when you leave) - Smart TV on each level - Pellet Stove - Ceiling Fans - WIFI - Board Games / Cards - 2 living spaces *KITCHEN* - All Major Appliances - Keurig & Coffee Pot - Microwave - Basic Cooking Utensils -Pots & Pans *GENERAL* - Dog Friendly 🐕 - Free Wifi - Washer / Dryer - Linens & Towels *ACCESSIBILITY* - STAIRS Are Required For Access - The Cabin is on a dead end road - 4WD Is recommended in the winter because of Snow & Ice❄️🧊 PARKING - Driveway - 3 vehicles - Front of house by the road - 2 vehicles - Since the cabin is on a dead end road & the driveway is steep, we would NOT recommended bringing a trailer *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* - We have a limited water source, please be conservative of our water. - The hot water heater is smaller, due to the location it is in. Please be aware of this so you do not run out of hot water. Please give the water heater time to heat more water. - To help protect our sensitive septic system please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. - Our cabin is Dog Friendly with a $50 fee per stay. We do have our max pets allowed at 2 but if you have more than 2 dogs please reach out this can be flexible with extra fee. - Dogs must be house trained. Please let us know the size, breed, & age of your dogs. - We do welcome dogs, but please do NOT leave them unattended unless they are kenneled, we have a wire crate on the bottom deck to the right if you need to use it - THE PROPERTY DOES REQUIRE ALOT OF STAIRS FOR ACCESS Other things to note The cabin has Central A/C & Heat
