Inside, you’ll find thoughtful updates throughout, including locally inspired artwork, brand-new bedding and comfy sofas. This cottage features a bright living room, full kitchen, dining area, and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. A king bedroom with a new medium-firm mattress sits across from a full bathroom. The only steps to access the cottage will be the entrance steps (4) up to the porch. Please look at the exterior photos. Downstairs access will be locked during your stay as this listing is just for the main floor with 1BR/1BA. Should you need more space there is a separate listing for the full 3BR/2BA. Parents are fully responsible for supervision of their children. 4WD/AWD is highly recommended and needed during times of snow. The roads are plowed by the village but not guaranteed. Despite being plowed, village roads and the driveway may not be accessible without 4WD. We are not responsible should you get stuck due to not having 4WD/AWD. Please reach out to if you plan on bringing a trailer. Any damage due to ruts or backing in to something will be billed to the guest. During fire restrictions the grill will be out of service. Smoking is never allowed in the cabin and during restrictions it is only allowed in your enclosed vehicle. This mini listing is for the main floor only.
