The space The primary bedroom is located downstairs. It features a spacious King bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. In addition to the main bed, there is a twin sofa bed on the side, making this room ideal for small groups. A television is also available in this room for entertainment. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs next to the kitchen and includes a comfortable Queen bed. This room shares a bathroom with the rest of the house and provides a cozy and restful space for guests. The living room includes a queen sofa bed that can sleep two guests comfortably. It is also equipped with a television, making it a great place to relax and unwind after a day on the lake. The sunroom offers another queen sofa bed that sleeps two guests. With plenty of natural light, this space is perfect for lounging during the day or enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the second floor and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or cooking a full meal, the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Guest access Our guests have complete access to the entire home. Other things to note THIS HOME FEATURES TWO LEVELS, WITH THE MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED ON THE UPPER FLOOR AND ACCESSIBLE VIA AN EXTERIOR STAIRCASE. USE CAUTION WHEN NAVIGATING THE INTERIOR SPIRAL STAIRCASE, AS IT MAY BE NARROW OR STEEP. THIS IS A PET FREE HOME. HOWEVER, IF EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO ALLOW PETS, THE PET FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING. NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR AROUND OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE as this is a non-smoking home. SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE. FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.
