With stunning creek frontage, you can enjoy the soothing sound of flowing water and cool breezes right in your backyard. The large outdoor seating area gives you the perfect spot to unwind, while a firepit provides you and your loved ones cozy evenings under the stars. Additionally, you'll have easy access to several stunning natural attractions. Yosemite National Park is only a 18-minute drive away, and the quaint town of Oakhurst is just 10 minutes away. You can also visit nearby Bass Lake and Fish Camp, perfect for those who crave a water activities along with peaceful and nature-filled escape. Oh and the Lewis Creek Trail Head South is just 2 mins walk from the property! It is a 3.7 mile light medium rated trail and at the very end of the trail you will be greeted with the famous Corlieu water falls, which cascades though multiple levels and has cumulative 80 ft drop. Accommodations: The property can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and upstairs loft has king bed. Fully renovated bathroom. You can hear the Lewis creek from our decks. Wading in the water is allowed but must done at your own risk, water current maybe high at times and rocks can be slippery. • Multiple creek side sitting areas and firepits • A zipline for younger guests ! • Trampoline, volleyball area and swing set for family fun • Property is around 2 Acres with tall mature trees all around and it is very quiet. Guest access Self check in Other things to note NOTE for our guests: We have two houses on our property. The first house (white house) can accommodate up to 9 guests, while the second house (grey house) can accommodate up to 4 guests. Both houses are for rental for bigger group with one reservation to same party. Not available to two separate party. This allows us to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guest. Pets: We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved pets to join your stay. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets are supervised at all times and kept off furniture, including beds and couches. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. Please also remember to clean up after your pet during your visit. Thank you for helping us maintain a pet-friendly space for everyone! Wildlife: While we take every precaution and use professional pest control, nature sometimes is an unstoppable force and occasional sighting pests and critters and spiders alike are expected. Being close to the mountain ranges, to deter larger wildlife, it is best to not leave any food outside. Water System: Water is supplied through a natural well. This mountainous region is abundant in minerals and trace elements. While a professional company is used to maintain a highest quality, you may very occasionally notice slight discoloration in the water, in cases like these you can keep the water running for few seconds until it clears.
