Sedona is a dark sky, low noise city which the city strongly enforces for the benefit of keeping a peaceful environment for all. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Neighbors can report you if you are disrupting the peace. Anyone who violates the local noise ordinances could be subject to $500-$10,000 city-imposed fine for each violation. Nobody needs that. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire home, front and back yard and driveway parking. Extra, free street parking is available right in front of the home.
