Home has private entry with keypad at front door which you will receive the code before arrival. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the home. Within 1 mile from the house there are multiple restaurants and a new shopping mall. Looking for some family activities? There's an indoor waterpark also within 1 mile called Parrot Cove. Garden City offers a lot of amenities and activities. Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful sunsets you can catch in the backyard. Kansas sunsets are widely known for their beauty.
