The top entrance of stairs has a locking gate & railing for safety purposes - do not play, sit or climb these barriers. ❄️🔥 Our AC / Heat is Automatically set to 68 HEAT & 70 AC, we control it from an App. If you are cold or hot please let us know & we can adjust! 🚪 The Back Door is an Emergency Fire Exit only & is to remain locked at all times. 🪟 All windows are to remain locked & closed at all times. ❗️Rooms marked private are not to be entered. 🚗 Please do not park in-front of storefront during business hours. We are located in a business district with limited parking, we ask guests not to park in front of storefronts between 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday. Additional Parking is available across the street or in the alley on 5th street.
