You’ll enjoy the hospitality this community has to offer. For events that require trailer parking, we have additional parking at a different location, west of Alva. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOME. NO PET POLICY. The space Our policy includes no smoking or vaping inside the home. No pets are allowed. This older home has been recently remodeled. It includes a full kitchen, living room, dining room, one bedroom with king bed and one bedroom with queen bed both with ceiling fans and one full bath. The utility room includes a futon for extra bedding and an additional TV. The washer and dryer is also guest use. The in ground storm shelter is also located in the utility room and should only be used in case of a tornado. There is a garage where the grill is located. There is a striker and grilling utensils. Please clean the grill after using. You are also welcome to use the garage for parking. There is a long drive for extra parking. The backyard lights are set on the timer. Guest access All is the home is available for use. Other things to note The master bedroom light switch is located behind the bedroom door. Futon for additional sleeping is located in the laundry room along with a second TV and door to the back yard.
