The space Stylish, modern and surprisingly spacious, this private studio guesthouse was built in 2024 and designed to feel like a home rather than a hotel room. Located in the heart of Bartlesville’s historic downtown, you’ll be just a few blocks from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Price Tower and near the grand homes of the city’s oil-boom era, including the Frank Phillips Home. Downtown restaurants, coffee, shopping and entertainment are nearby, and Pawhuska and The Pioneer Woman Mercantile are an easy 20–30 minute drive away. Inside, the open studio features a plush queen bed with premium linens, a comfortable sleeper sofa, living area with large TV, dining/work space and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate and convection air fryer. The bathroom features a large walk-in glass shower, and you’ll also have your own washer and dryer — especially convenient for longer stays. YouTube TV is provided at no charge, or sign into your favorite streaming apps with your own account. The guesthouse is completely private and located above a detached garage behind my historic home. You’ll have your own entrance and dedicated parking area. Whether you’re here for a weekend downtown, visiting family, working in Bartlesville or exploring northeast Oklahoma, BartlesVILLA is designed to be an easy, comfortable place to settle in and feel at home. Guest access The guesthouse is a completely private apartment located above the detached garage behind the main house. You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, with your own private entrance and dedicated parking area behind the garage. Entry is through the alley side of the property, and you’ll receive a personalized door code before arrival for easy self check-in. The guesthouse includes the full studio living space, kitchen, private bathroom, washer and dryer, and all amenities shown in the listing. The main house and garage are separate private spaces and are not included with the rental. If you have a special need involving either space, feel free to contact me in advance and I’ll let you know what may be possible. Other things to note Pets that are under 25 lbs. and do not shed are welcome without prior approval (subject to the applicable pet fee). For all other pets, please contact me before booking so we can make sure they’re a good fit for the space. Pets must be house-trained and kept off the furniture and bed. We also ask that you clean up after your pet both inside the guesthouse and in the grassy areas outside. Additional cleaning or damage caused by a pet may result in additional charges. The guesthouse is located above our detached garage. We’ve taken steps to minimize sound, including insulated flooring and a quiet garage door system. The garage is used only occasionally, and we make every effort to avoid using it when guests are staying above. One other thing to know: access to the guesthouse requires stairs, as the apartment is located on the second floor above the garage.
