Boho in Bartlesville offers the perfect balance of style, convenience, and relaxation. The space Sleeping space includes one spacious King sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa, both brand new! Guest access You will be sent a custom door code for safe access the night before your arrival. There is a ring camera at the front door and an outside camera that monitors the side of the house. There is a designated free private covered parking space behind the Airbnb that you can access from the side alley. If you have more than one car, there is additional free parking on the street in front of the Airbnb. Other things to note There are two AC units that keep the space cooled or heated to your preference—one in the bedroom & one near the front door. They are easily controlled to your desired temperature by a remote. The ceiling fans in the living room & bedroom also have a remote. Please use the fan switch in the bathroom when showering to control moisture. Please use the front door facing 9th St and avoid going out the side door in the kitchen because it doesn’t have the keypad to lock from the outside. The tv will have all of the popular apps for streaming any of your subscriptions, you will just log in as a guest & put in your own personal password. Pets are allowed, we understand that lots of us like the convenience of traveling with the animals we love! Our pet conditions are: 1. That the size & breed must be pre-approved. 2. We ask that any pets be 100% potty trained & that you please don’t allow pets that shed or get dirty during your stay on the furniture. 3. There is a pet fee per stay
