You are a few steps away from beautiful Capaha Park with its gorgeous lake, baseball field, picnic tables, walking areas, and pavilions with grills. Go down to the historic area of Cape Girardeau and get a cup of coffee and gaze upon the mighty Mississippi! We have planned everything for your relaxation and enjoyment. We are sure that you will love the Cape Charm and will feel right at home. Cape Charm has three bedrooms with one room having a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin size bed. Each room is uniquely and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and shower with a quality, powerful shower head. The living room is spacious with comfortable leather sofa and love seat. It has a flat screen smart TV with free cable through YouTube TV. The dining room has a gorgeous table that will sit six people. There is also a sun room with a table where you can have your own work space or play cards or games on it. There are plenty of electrical outlets. There is central heat and air conditioning throughout the house, even in the sunroom. Browse through our many pictures which are NEVER stretched or manipulated like so many Airbnb's... What you see is real dimensions and space! We constantly hear from guests, "It's better than the pictures!" Guest access Guests will have access to the entire upper level of the home - three bedrooms, one full bathroom, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and sun room. Guests will not have access to the basement area of the home. It is locked off on both sides. The basement area has its own outdoor private entrance and family members will sometimes use this apartment when in town. You will most likely never see them unless you would need some type of assistance. We never Airbnb any other part of the home or property. Other things to note Other things to note: At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older. This home is NOT conducive to teen-age or college-age partying. It is a quiet, residential, family-oriented neighborhood. If guests desire to have non-guests in the home or on property, this must be cleared with the hosts ahead of time. There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if this is disregarded. There is a front porch patio with chairs and a table where smoking is permitted. Guests will enjoy complete access to the main upper level of the home but will not have access to the basement area of the home. The stairwell door is locked off on both sides. Pet policy: We have a "no-pet" policy. There will be a $250 additional cleaning fee per stay if this is disregarded. Parking: Parking is always free on the street with a sidewalk that leads right to the front door.
