Cozy king loft, full bath, tiny kitchen, and a porch perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Hang out at the fire pit and grill area while you take in the stars and fresh air. Our four fur off-leash babies love meeting new friends—so you gotta love pups too! Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The space The Perch – Cozy Hillside Hideaway with Sunset Views Welcome to The Perch, a brand-new 452 sq ft cabin perched on our family farm hillside. It’s the best spot on the property for catching unforgettable sunsets over the fields and pond. This rustic-modern hideaway is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or workers who just need a quiet place to relax. Inside, you’ll find a king bed loft, full bathroom with stand-up shower, washer/dryer, and a cozy living area. The kitchenette has everything you need—microwave, refrigerator, griddle, slow cooker, air fryer, and utensils. The neutral pine walls with pink and green accents make the space feel both rustic and stylish. Step onto the covered porch with a bistro table for morning coffee or evening drinks. Nearby, the communal grill, fire pit, and seating area are perfect for winding down after a long day. We’re pet-friendly, have plenty of parking (yes—even for big trucks and trailers), and you’ll see our four farm dogs roaming free and ready to say hello. If you’re staying here, you’ve gotta love dogs—they’re part of the family. The Perch is private, peaceful, and practical—whether you’re here for work, hunting, fishing, or just to enjoy some downtime in the country. Side note: this is a small unit with a loft king bed. If you have limited mobility we have other units that might best fit your needs. Guest access When you stay at The Perch, you’re welcome to enjoy more than just the cabin. Guests have access to: 🎣 Two stocked ponds on the property for fishing (bring your gear and relax by the water) 🔥 Outdoor shared space with a gazebo, fire pit, and seating area—perfect for gathering, grilling, or stargazing 🚗 Lots of parking, including space for big trucks, trailers, and extra vehicles This setup makes it easy to spread out, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful country setting while still having plenty of room for work crews, couples, or solo travelers. Other things to note When you’re on your way here, your GPS will likely stop you at my brother-in-law’s house—but keep going all the way to the end of County Road 1326! Your unit is located next to the old tobacco barn. Just remember: go all the way to the end of the drive and don’t stop at the house that looks like a barn. We live on our family farm, so you’ll definitely meet some of our four-legged friends while you’re here. Our dogs roam the property off-leash—they’re friendly, full of personality, and love greeting new guests. 🐶 Beth, our Old English Sheepdog, is the most vocal and opinionated of the bunch. 🐱 Ginger (aka G-Money) is our fearless hunter who keeps the critters in check. They’re part of our family—and part of the experience—so if you’re staying here, you’ve gotta love animals! ❤️
