Built in 1907 originally as an Anheuser‑Busch beer depot, this building boasts a solid brick, historic structure with heavy keystones and tall brick walls. Just a few blocks walk to Lowertown Arts District and Historic Downtown Paducah. A quick drive to wherever you’re spending your time in Paducah. The space Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the second story of this historic building. Our space has a large open living area, two bedrooms (the one private and one bedroom with room divider curtains), and one bathroom with shower which is accessible from living room and the main bedroom. Guest access You have access to the parking lot, the full condo, and the outdoor seating area (commonly shared space with the barbershop on the first floor). Other things to note Please know that this is a second floor unit with no elevator or lift.
