The Bungalow at Whippoorwill Manor includes a King bedroom, sleeping loft, full bath with walk-in shower and bidet seat, laundry room, well-equipped kitchen and comfy den with flatscreen TV. The privacy courtyard off of the bathroom features an outdoor shower, copper soaking tub and hammock chair. The space The guest bungalow at Whippoorwill Manor is part of a 25 acre wedding venue property. Only five minutes outside the city limits of Mayfield, a twenty minute drive to Murray and forty-five minutes from Paducah this little cottage is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. This little gem packs alot into her (?sq ft) floorplan including a cozy king bedroom with flatscreen TV and ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The highlight of the bathroom is through the glass door that leads you to an outdoor privacy courtyard featuring a copper soaking tub and outdoor shower. Back inside and thru the bedroom there is a large dressing area with built-ins, a desk and laundry center seperated by mirrored barn doors. The sleeping loft above the kitchen is accesssed via a rolling ladder and has it's own walk-in closet, desk and twin beds that can be configured to make a king. The Bungalow has the cheeriest little kitchen with slider doors that open onto a back porch containing a hanging bed, small table, two chairs and ottomans. Kitchen features include Ikea cabinets, induction cooktop, speed oven, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee pot. The adjoining den has a sofa, swivel chair, and a bar cabinet with a flatscreen TV above. There is private parking at the covered carport in front of little house and an additonal space at the back. Guest access The sleeping loft is accessed via a rolling ladder and is not suitable for children under the age of 10. If there are no other guests staying on property the bungalow guests may be permitted access to the lake, bridge and boathouse. The Bungalow will not be reserved when there are weekend events in the ballroom or orangery tent on the WM property next door.
