Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. A penalty of 30,000 JPY will be charged if smoking or cigarette butts are detected. For Guests Staying Multiple Nights Towels and sheets are not replaced during your stay. Please use the washing machine if needed. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. Garbage collection is available upon request. Important - Security Cameras Following public health guidelines, security cameras are installed at the building entrance and parking area. Additional House Rules Please follow the rules below. Violations may result in penalties: If the room is excessively dirty or misused, additional cleaning fees may be charged. If any items are lost or damaged, replacement or repair costs may be charged. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional charge of 10,000 JPY per extra guest will apply. (The number of guests is monitored by the entrance security camera.) Please dispose of trash properly in the trash bins. Please wash all used dishes and cooking utensils. Absolutely no smoking inside the building. If smoking or cigarette butts are detected (via cameras or inspection), a penalty of 30,000 JPY will be charged. Check-in Procedure The entrance uses a digital keypad lock.
