Yeccan = Place of good living Charming and cozy beach house. Perfectly located near surfing beaches, nightlife's top attraction in the area, Playa El Tunco and Malecón de La Libertad. The house stands inside a gated community Islas de San Blas that will grant you the security and tranquility that you deserve in order to enjoy your stay at the beach. The space Exotic architectural design with open spaces so that you can enjoy the relaxing sea breeze. BEDROOMS: Our house has 3 bedrooms, there are 1 high quality queen size bed and 1 high quality double bed in each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs plus air conditioning in each of them. Our third bedroom is downstairs and has 3 standard quality double size beds, a ceiling fan and 2 broad windows for you to enjoy the ocean breeze. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, microwave oven and we have an outdoor grill too! LIVING ROOM: Right next to the pool, we have accommodated a handcrafted sofa with some Acapulco chairs and a ceiling fan. DINING ROOM: Our 100 year old wood table seats up to 8 people at once for enjoying a barbecue or a taco party! We have created this space for you to disconnect from the daily routine and stress, therefore we do not have TVs or Wifi in the house. THE BEACH: Dipping into the sea is just a couple of minutes away. The exit to the beach is a couple of blocks away from our house. ***The access to the beach club has been restricted due to the pandemic and it won’t be available for guests temporarily *** Guest access The house is located in the Isla de San Blas complex. Access to the beach is a 10-minute walk from the complex. Other things to note The house is located half a kilometer from the El Encuentro shopping center, where you can find food stores such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Super Selectos, etc.
