This thoughtfully designed semi off-grid tiny home was made for couples, solo travelers & close friends ready to truly unplug and reconnect with nature. You’ll find: - A comfortable bed with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets - Bath towels (one per guest; daily towel service available for an extra charge) - Hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Ceramic mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, and BBQ utensils - 1x Plastic salad bowl - 1 frying pan + 1 pot for BBQ cooking (Propane Provided) - Keurig machine with 4 coffee pods Extra charge OPTIONAL Add-On Sauna & Cold Plunge Bucket Experience: $100 for a 3-hour private session (1–2 people) *Holiday pricing differs, please contact for quote* $25 for each additional person A 3-hour private session (1–2 people) Book your stay asap to get your preferred time slot. $25 for each additional person on reservation (enough time for 3–4 hot/cold cycles each) What to Expect Our sauna and cold plunge trailer is located a short 200 metres from the tiny home, on the property. You can walk or drive over. Your sauna session includes a 1-hour pre-heating window. This time is built in so you can start the wood stove, get the fire going, and bring the sauna up to temperature before you begin your 3-hour session. Depending on the weather, it may take up to 1- 1.5 hours for the sauna to be hot enough to use—this is why we provide the extra time, making it a total of 3 hours for your private session. IMPORTANT: By booking with us you’re choosing a quiet, nature-based retreat — not a party property. This space is designed for guests looking to relax, unwind, and reconnect. Parties, loud music, excessive drinking, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted. If you’re looking for a place to be loud, this will not be the right fit. Guests are expected to respect the peaceful environment, surrounding nature, and other guests on the property at all times. We’re located in the woods, so naturally there will be mosquitoes and other bugs. Please bring bug repellent. One of the best things about staying at Oliver’s Tiny Home is being close to some of Norfolk County’s most beautiful Lake Erie beaches! Port Dover Beach — 13 minutes Enjoy the sandy beach, harbour, restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques and the lively atmosphere of downtown Port Dover. Turkey Point Beach — 15 minutes A family-friendly beach with a long sandy shoreline and shallow waters—perfect for a relaxing beach day. Long Point Beach — 30 minutes Spend the day exploring one of Ontario’s most beautiful natural areas, with sandy beaches, dunes and plenty of space to unwind. Guest access 🔥 Outdoor Amenities: - Private fire pit with optional firewood bundles for purchase - BBQ with side burner for easy outdoor cooking - Adirondack chairs and forest views all around Firewood available on-site: $8 per bag or 3 bags for $20 | Fire starters: $3 each Other things to note Power Supply: At times, we may operate on limited power. Please be mindful—avoid running multiple devices at once. In rare cases, a backup generator is available. Cooking: No indoor cooking. Use the BBQ (propane provided) or its side burner for pots and pans provided and or the firepit for meals. A Toaster Oven is inside the Tiny House. Please do not bring or use additional cooking appliances such as hot plates, induction burners, slow cookers, air fryers, electric grills, deep fryers, or any other portable cooking appliances. The tiny home’s electrical system is not designed to support these items, and using them will trip the breakers and cause damage. WiFi & Cell Service: Wi-Fi is available for messaging/calls (Whats App, FaceTime). Cell service is limited, especially with Rogers, Telus, and Fido. Access: The road leading to and from the tiny home is unpaved and may be muddy, so please drive slowly and carefully. During the winter, we recommend using a 4x4 vehicle with proper winter tires. We also have parking available at the front of the property if needed. Surroundings: Other cabins may be on the property, but each is designed with privacy in mind. Your space is yours alone. Please DO NOT wander off the property path, especially onto neighbouring properties or other tiny homes (other than the one you booked). Stay on the path leading to and from your designated booking area. Winter Notice: In colder months, there may be a chance of water freezing. We’ll do our best to manage this and keep you informed. Liability Waiver: All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. This is listed in our house rules as well. ADD ONS: FIREWOOD: On-Site Firewood $8 per bag 3 bags for $20 Firestarters: $3 each SURROUNDINGS: Because we are located in a rural area, you may occasionally hear distant outdoor activity from neighbouring properties. Hunting may occur at certain times of the year (not on the property). WAIVER: All guests 18+ must sign a liability waiver prior to arrival which will be sent to you. This must be completed at least 48 hours before check-in. PETS: We are dog-friendly. To keep things simple, we're ONLY able to accommodate dog(s). Please make sure any dog(s) are added to your reservation before check-in. We can typically accommodate up to two dog(s), so just send us a message first to confirm. 🌿 We operate on a Leave No Trace philosophy and ask guests to respect the natural surroundings, leave the property as they found it, and take all trash and personal belongings with them. @oliverstinyhome
