Outdoor pool: Availability subject to national, local, and Pandemic consortium regulations. The space Guests have at their disposal the entire apartment ( surface 60 m2 ) , balcony , pool ( with solarium and lounge chairs ) and outdoor garden, pool area. We also have two beach type reclining chairs to use on excursion outings or in the Victorica promenade area with in front of the Rio Lujan mobilizer. Guest access The building offers outdoor pool (not heated). Underfloor covered garage (not suitable for large Amarok/Toyota similar vans). Other things to note The apartment has direct side views of the Victorica and Rio Lujan promenade from the living sector and from the bedroom. This river functions as a vital artery for tourism , commerce and sport of the entire Tigre area. It is a spectacle in itself to see the circulation and coexistence of varied boats, paddle boats from all nearby clubs and the transit of small houses and medium-sized boats with cargo transfer
