The space The bedrooms are named for the three Texas rivers that flow directly into the Gulf of Mexico; the Brazos, San Bernard and the Rio Grand. The 13.5 acres includes a restaurant and marina. You can come by boat and stay overnight. We have mooring capability for up to 8 ski boats or 3 yachts. Live entertainment on the patio and a Paddleboat that can hold up to 50 passengers. Its perfect for family reunions! We also have a Party Barn that can hold up to 400 guest, which is perfect for weddings. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas.
