The space The nightly rate is for the main beachfront house only, which has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. If you have a larger group or need more space, you can add our newly renovated patio annex — which includes 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom — additional per person/per night price after the first 4 guests.
