The basement will be completely private, the only shared area is the entrance as well as the backyard oasis. • Unbeatable Location: Located near the community centre, with shops, restaurants, and amenities all just minutes away. The University of Manitoba is very close to the villa . • Convenient Location: Only a 2-minute walk to the bus stop at the corner of the street, making it easy to get around Winnipeg without a car. Indoor Cameras- to ensure we are within the guidelines of Airbnb, we have security cameras in the shared spaces, which is the entrance, laundry room and 2 cameras that monitor the living room on the upper floor which is not accessible to guests unless they are using the main kitchen or walking through the living room to access the backyard. Guest access The basement is completely yours to use, we can also accommodate access to the kitchen on the main floor, on request. The backyard oasis is shared access but we want our guests to feel welcome at all times. It’s completely private. You will also have a spot on the driveway. Please Note- This is a basement suite, The main floor is not included in the suite except for some shared areas, for example- The backyard which you are welcome to access at any time. However, the main kitchen and laundry will only be accessible on request. We have security cameras in the laundry room and in the main floor living room which is not accessible to guests unless they are using the kitchen (on request) or walking through the living room to access the backyard just to ensure safety. The only indoor cameras are in the shared spaces. No security cameras in any areas that are privately yours. Other things to note The villa is very private and quiet. My brother does live on the main floor however he works corporate and long hours. We try our best to make our guests feel at home. If there is any special requests- go ahead and ask. We will do our best to accommodate you.
