Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment, ideal for resting, working or simply changing scenery in a super nice and cozy space ❤️ It is steps from the Departamental metro, in a well-connected part of San Miguel, with everything you need nearby for a simple, hassle-free stay. Parking is available at an additional cost of $6,000 for each day of the stay. The space Everything is ready for you to arrive and feel at home ✨ *Bedroom* with double bed, blackout curtains, TV with Roku, extra blankets, heater and fan. *Private bathroom* bright, with clean towels, mirror with LED light, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and liquid soap. *Equipped kitchen*: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, basic utensils, oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee and condiments for cooking. *Living room*: futon that can be used as an extra bed (at extra cost), desk for working comfortably. Natural light in all rooms and a cozy atmosphere for a peaceful stay. Guest access You must report your arrival to the concierge. On the day of check-in, a few hours beforehand, I will send you the access instructions.
