Description

Small private guest house for up to three guests. Includes a private room with a full size bed, small closet and work desk. Third guest sleeps on a sofa-bed. There is a well stocked kitchenette and cozy dining table for two. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. TV, books, games and other small amenities. Though small, we've tried our best to make this place cozy and comfortable for your traveling needs. You can also enjoy our patio and its fire-pit, grill and gorgeous views. The space Our small/rural guest house where we've tried to provide all essentials for a great stay. We cannot stress enough that we are in a RURAL AREA, surrounded by NATURE and WILDLIFE, so you should know you might encounter a few insects, and other critters. Our place has a comfortable full size bed, plus a daybed for an added sleeper. The kitchenette is equipped with a convection cooktop, a tea kettle, a couple pots/pans, plates, cups, spoons and forks and a few other things you'll need for your cooking and meals enjoyment. Our sinks only provide cold water at the moment; this is in our attempt to conserve energy. In the bathroom you can enjoy a hot shower no-problem. We have a TV there and you can connect to your Netflix account, if you want. Our bathroom has a bluetooth speaker light that you can connect to, if you want to sing while in the shower we have a few books and a couple games there too in case you'd like to use them. For your convenience, we do not charge a CLEANING FEE, so we ask that you take care of your own trash, wash the dishes and clean after your pets, if that applies. We do not require you to clean it to perfection, but please take care of it and leave it as best you can. A cleaning fee can be assessed beforehand if you do not wish to clean after your stay. Guest access Your room is labeled with a visible number 2 on the door. It is the last door on the left, once you enter the backyard and past the garage door. The backyard is shared, by all guests and hosts, you're welcome to use the small grill and fire-pit and interact with other guests, if any, and if desired. If you have any questions regarding your stay, we'll be happy to provide you with all available answers. Please do not hesitate to ask us about absolutely anything. Other things to note *Ours is a small/rural guest house where we've tried to provide all essentials for a great stay.
