The house is located in a superb natural park, fully enclosed, watched over by a couple of gardeners and housekeepers. We have this policy to preserve the private spirit of the property, for calm, and also because in the past we had problems with outside people, friends or the family of our guests, creating problems with other guests or wanting to stay on the property without paying. It was designed in tropical timber by an architect from Porto Alegre, mixing glass and wood, with panoramic sea views, with modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Your stay will have the flavor of the nature and beauty of the place and surrounding sites. The house is one of three houses on the property. It can be rented individually or with others. If you are numerous you may rent the two other houses of the property located on the same beach. Each house is individual, private, has its equipment and private space. You can park several cars on the property. The beaches are equipped with sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. Two people take care of you (Gilberto and his wife who live there all year)... Relax, visit Florianópolis and take the time to swim, walk, surfing (several spots internationally recognized in the area), windsurfing, kite surfing, windsurfing... the many white-sand beaches around the property, in the province of Governador Celso Ramos (for example “Praia dos golfinhos” : The Dolphins’ Beach…). For information, the property is within a day drive from Iguacu Falls , the most beautiful and highest waterfall in Latin America. The property also adjoins a fishermen village where you will find all fish and shellfish varieties, several supermarkets, restaurants, shops...
