Close to Faculdade Estácio and Shopping Itaguaçú, Barreiros neighborhood, in São José/SC (Greater Florianópolis). Distance from the main beaches (by car): 25 minutes - Campeche Beach (South of the island) 35 minutes - Jurerê Beach (North of the island) I live in the apartment and I'm extremely responsive.
