La Casita Soler/ The Soler Cottage

La Casita Soler is a one bedroom cottage attached to the Soler house. The main house and cottage is set in the middle of a working farm in the village of Arbos (L'Arboç) in the beautiful Penedès region of Cataluña. The farm produces olive oil and grows grapes for wine production. There are views from the cottage to the famous Montserrat mountain. There are also great views across the vineyards . The space The cottage has been beautifully restored to a good standard and has a luxurious feel. There is one large bedroom and bathroom plus the main living space. The main living space has a wooden vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is a wood burning stove and a fully fitted kitchen with new Bosch appliances. In the corridor there are fitted wardrobes giving guests plenty of space to hang their clothes... The cottage is located only a few hundred metres from the lovely historic village of Arbós (L'Arboç). The village has a choice of restaurants & bars and several supermarkets. It is also well connected to the rest of Cataluña by train and bus links. There is a train station in the village with trains north to Barcelona and south to Tarragona. There is parking outside the cottage for guests. Guest access The Soler Cottage is self contained and totally independent of the main farmhouse. It has its own front door, parking space and large patio area exclusively for guest use. Other things to note The farm is a working farm and as such there are dogs, cats and other animals in residence. There are also tractors working the land. This should not present any problems for guests but it is important to note.
