Traditional farmhouse in peaceful Häselgehr in the Lech Valley – ideal for those looking for nature, peace and an authentic stay away from mass tourism. A cosy place to stay with easy access to hiking, cross-country skiing and a variety of outdoor activities. The space The cosy private room has a lovely view of the garden and is equipped with a small private fridge and kettle. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the hosts. A private kitchen is also available and can be added to the booking for an additional fee. For stays of up to 3 nights, the fee is €35 in total. From the 4th night onwards, use of the kitchen is free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, small oven, air fryer, toaster, small grill, kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups for up to 6 people. A frying pan and a pot are also provided. It is well suited for preparing simple meals. A small sofa bed can accommodate up to 2 people if needed. The cross-country ski trail is about 300 m away on foot. Hiking trails start nearby, while rafting, canyoning and tennis are also easily accessible. The Jöchelspitzbahn cable car is approx. 10 km or 15 minutes away, and the Ski Arlberg ski area via Warth is approx. 29 km or 30–35 minutes away. Guest access The house is not wheelchair accessible. There are several small steps and changes in floor levels throughout the house. The entrance is well lit by a street light, making it easy to get from the car to the front door after dark. There are grab rails next to the toilet for guests who may need additional support when sitting down or getting up. We generally use warm, low-level orange and red lighting at night. If you prefer brighter lighting at night, we are happy to provide additional lighting on request. During your stay We live in the house ourselves and are usually around in the mornings and evenings. During the day, depending on the season and our own activities, we are often out and about. We both have experience as guides and instructors in outdoor sports. Tomas is a tennis instructor and canyoning guide, while we both work as rafting guides and have worked as snow sports instructors. We are happy to share personal tips and recommendations for activities in the area. If you have any questions during your stay, we are happy to help.
