The space Our villa is located just 20 minutes from Antigua Guatemala, 5 minutes from Hato Verde and right next to the Earth Lodge hotel parking lot The landscape of the coffee esplanade of Finca Philadelphia, the urban area that surrounds La Antigua Guatemala and in the background the impressive volcanoes Agua, Fuego and Acatenango will leave you breathless The villa has parking for 2 vehicles inside the property, from the parking lot to the house you have to climb about 70 steps, certainly the extra effort will be worth it The house is distributed on 3 levels: FIRST LEVEL: Social areas (kitchen, dining room, living room and deck), also laundry and a bedroom with 2 queen size beds, private bathroom and direct access to the deck of our heated pool SECOND LEVEL: A family room with TV and the second bedroom that features a queen bed, private bathroom and balcony 3RD LEVEL The highest level of the house fully reserved for the master room, it has a large open concept shower area and a large balcony, where you can place a sofa bed to live new experiences with the most impressive view of the whole place Other things to note ** IT IS NOT A PLACE FOR PARTIES ** CHILDREN ARE WELCOME BUT WE DO NOT CONSIDER IT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR CHILDREN ** Pool air conditioning will be available for 3 hours for each night booked, from 8am - 8pm. After 8pm the pool will be available without air conditioning and under the rule of respect for the quiet hours previously stipulated in this listing
