The space Our villa is located just 20 minutes from Antigua Guatemala, 5 minutes from Hato Verde and right next to the Earth Lodge hotel parking lot The landscape of the coffee plantation esplanade of Finca Filadelfia, the urban area surrounding La Antigua Guatemala and the impressive Agua, Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes in the background will take your breath away The villa has parking for 2 vehicles within the property. From the parking lot to the house you have to climb about 70 steps, but the extra effort will certainly be worth it The house is distributed on 3 levels: FIRST LEVEL: Social areas (kitchen, dining room, living room and deck), also laundry and a room with 2 queen size beds, private bathroom and direct access to the deck of our heated pool SECOND LEVEL: A family room with TV and the second bedroom that has a queen size bed, private bathroom and balcony THIRD LEVEL: The highest level of the house is completely reserved for the master bedroom, which has a large open-concept shower area and a large balcony, where you can place a sofa bed to enjoy new experiences with the most impressive view of the entire place Other things to note ** NOT A PLACE FOR PARTIES ** CHILDREN ARE WELCOME BUT WE DO NOT CONSIDERVE IT TO BE A CHILD-FRIENDLY PLACE ** Pool heating will be available for 3 hours for each night booked, from 8am - 8pm, after 8pm the pool will be available without heating and under the rule of respecting the quiet hours previously stipulated in this ad
