The spacious living area, open-plan dining room and kitchen, makes it an ideal space for families to relax and enjoy each other's company. Free parking is available right outside the property on private land. Located a 3 minute walk to Bredon Manor, an 8 minute drive to Deer Park Hall & a 7 minute drive to Eckington Manor. Only a 10 minute drive to Cotswolds Designer Outlet. The space As you enter The Old Thatch cottage, you'll find yourself walking up the hallway that leads directly to the living room. Living Room – This open-plan space flows into the dining room and kitchen. It features a comfortable, large sofa, which also doubles as a sofa bed. There is a decorative log burner in the living room. There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix. Adding character, the living room has high ceilings and exposed beams. Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob & washing machine. We also have a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, all for you to use at ease. Help yourself to the tea, coffee & milk! We also provide complimentary salt, pepper & cooking oil. Bedroom 1 – Situated just behind the living room, this spacious double bedroom offers two bedside tables, a full-length mirror, and a wardrobe for all your belongings. Bathroom – Located to the left as you enter the cottage, the bathroom features a large bath, toilet, and sink, with toilet paper, hand soap, body wash & shampoo/conditioner provided. Garden / Outdoor Area – Step outside to enjoy seating in the peaceful garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
